Hi all, anyone have insights on the Instacart Strategy & Bizops 2nd round interview that includes a take home excel project as well as a timed SQL test? The latter is a typical 3rd party administered timed thing I believe, but I’ve seen mixed stuff on the take home excel. How difficult/time intensive is it and did they give you any helpful feedback? I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them.
