At ADP i worked as a technical support analyst and helped clients with anything from troubleshooting system issues to reporting to processing payroll and much more. I've applied to over 100 positions and havent even advanced to a single interview. It has been rejection after rejection. Any suggestions on which positions to focus on?

Hi. I’ve been working in group homes for eight years and I’m looking to transition out of the field. I am hoping to at least maintain my current pay and have similar benefits, but I’m at loss as to what to do. I have a lot of life experience but no degree and I’m 50 years old. I have received a job offer and gave them my expected salary to which the hr told it was above their budget. (Did a proper research and quoted them the range)

They gave me an offer with a difference of 1 to 1.5 lakh from what I had asked.

Any tips whether should I go with the offer they gave or still negotiate?
