Alright fellow T&E submitters of the DMV, I’ve been dealing with this back and forth since I started in this region. Where do I submit as my location for T&E? Hi, I am having 4+ years of experience as software engineer. Recently I gave interview for a company called Softobotics, Bangalore. After the interview, they offered me team lead postion and with a hike of almost 60%. How is that company? And, Can I join?
I have a job offer I'm considering and everyone I've spoken to in interviews has been great. But the recruitment process itself was clunky, slow, and not applicant-friendly. Does that indicate my experience working there will be bad? Or is it more important to look at the actual content of the interviews, which was good? For context, the company is owned by an equity firm and it seems like some of the bureaucracy is coming from them.
Hi! I’m currently working as a Senior Associate (QA Manual/Automation) in tech role. I have an interview lined up with RSM soon. Can someone please provide some insight into what would be the appropriate role and package I should ask for? Overall experience is 8+ yrs and a Master’s degree

Hello everyone. I never thought about making a career out of hr but its definitely something that I want to do now. Eventually, my goal is to become an HRIS analyst. At ADP i worked as a technical support analyst and helped clients with anything from troubleshooting system issues to reporting to processing payroll and much more. I've applied to over 100 positions and havent even advanced to a single interview. It has been rejection after rejection. Any suggestions on which positions to focus on?
Just received an interview offer for an outpatient position at a hospital and I've interviewed and am still awaiting a decision on the inpatient position. Does that mean that I may have not been selected or that they're unaware I applied for 2 positions? Is that something I should mention or not?

Hi Fishes.. I currently have offer from TCS and CGI. CGI pay is more so confused whether to join CGI or TCS. I'm from Python Automation background with AWS experience as well.
Recently I had two rounds of interview with KPMG for a content lead role.
The HR, on call, confirmed that I'd cleared the second round and would schedule an on-shore round when the team was available.
Couple of days later, the HR informs me that the position in on hold and they'll call me if something else comes up.
This felt so wrong. Can't figure out if they hired someone prior and were just messing with me? Can I do something here?
Hi. I’ve been working in group homes for eight years and I’m looking to transition out of the field. I am hoping to at least maintain my current pay and have similar benefits, but I’m at loss as to what to do. I have a lot of life experience but no degree and I’m 50 years old. I just can’t do this kind of in-home work anymore, as it’s emotionally and physically draining. Even though I love it to some degree, the nature of the job just burns people out. So.. ideas?
Would anyone from DocuSign be willing to give me a referral? Ex-mbb with 10+ years of work experience if that helps at all!

If it's your home office, no.
Yeah I think it might not leave a good impression on the new group. It's your home office and you are planning to show up to work every day right? I'd just suck it up and do the usual commute.
