I would temper your “at least 10%” expectation depending on office and department
Percentages can be skewed dramatically if you were underpaid in a particular year or two compared to peers/market and you're getting caught up, or if your performance improvemed dramatically.

I would assume L5 to L6 based upon responsibilities to be undertaken.
I’m only an L3 (soon to be L4) so I couldn’t tell you firsthand, but I guess now that I think about it the *percentage* raise may be great from 3-4 but absolute value of raise $ would be greater from 5-6.
