I’m interviewing for a remote Technical Analyst position @ Facebook (Meta) where Colorado’s “estimated” salary is $91.2k/yr. I’ve heard that remote jobs tend to pay a little less than on-site, but I live in the DC Metropolitan area where cost of living is insane. I don’t think that # is unfair.. but it’s on the lower end of average. What number should I be looking for? **Context: about 3 YOE, entry level position, no big projects to leverage— just skills

Look at their leadership principles, and make sure you have stories that touch on all of them.
No offer. Did not give a clear reason other than that there was no consensus. One of the interviewers did not like my answers would be my guess. They did not ask me anythong related to the role. All they asked me were meaningless leadership principles questions and then put at the mercy of one person who did not like my response. Anyways...AWS is off my list of companies to pursue. YMMV so you guys should try. My key takeaway is that over pivot on leadership principles on your interview prep. I saw some of them check out my LinkedIn profile as well.
Thing you learned on your own that helped you. An example of situation where you had a tough crowd. Can you guys help me with what other questions they have faced in AWS interview. Thanks in advance.
Thanks A1. Two follow up questions.
1. The list seems to be everything under the sun. Which are the key principles that are more important than the others.
2. What questions do they ask related to theae key principles.

Probably depends on the role. When I went through the interview process during MBA a few years ago, the guiding advice was that over the course of multiple rounds of interviews they would hit on almost all of the traits. (Doesn’t mean they will ask 14 questions, but they are looking the hear / test on most of them in one way or another)

A1- it was a barrage of leadership principles questions. I think they overdo it.
Leaders do no believe their or their team’s body odor smells of perfume..... that’s a pretty windy way of saying don’t think your 💩 don’t stink
