I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?

Thank them from all of us from PwC for making gmail... Then try and strangle them with the phone cord!
Cant offer any advice but good luck !!!
The exact comment from a Sr. vP was you're 1/2 way through the process we think you'd fit here.
Shit or get off the can, after 11 interviews I can make a decision why can't you.
I rode the wave, was internal at Microsoft 1996-2002, you don't sell me that way, I expected an offer not another trip to CA and more interviews. Wasn't worth it.
It's an interesting company, but very immature in the back and middle office
Hmm ... Competitive discussions about MBA programs, love for the cafeteria, 50% of your interviewers being "remote" from the other end of the campus, and the buildings smelling like freshman dorms.
Do NOT wear a suit (man or woman)
Make sure you show your "googley-ness"
Ask them why TF PwC went Google but then disabled and prevent you from using AdBlock. If I have to sit through one more 30 second ad for a 15 second video!!! 😡
Yeah I don't think google lives up to the hype. Interview you for director roles then ask you which coding languages you know.... dafuq? The smart's been watered down and only the wanabie cool tryhards are left. Also, good luck :)
Went through Google interviews a few years ago, got offered a functional role and declined it. Know their products, have ideas about how to improve them, and know your behavioral questions. In the "tech" phone interview, I had to explain a tech solution in simple terms using analogies. In the final rounds in CA, I remember getting on the whiteboard a lot to explain solutions or how I'd think about a problem. Good luck!
They put the hiring on hold as they are going thru some role/ scope changes 🙄
Good luck!
It's via hangouts. Also have never done a video interview so curious how that experience was for people
I did one for a manager role in financial ops services. Was extremely boring and the senior manager asked behavioral questions. Also replied to one of my questions- here at Google we have a pretty open culture. You can schedule a meeting with anyone to talk about an issue- that seemed like the worst reply ever
So don't sweat it. It ll be underwhelming
@k1 I'm interviewing for a similar / the same role. Thanks for the advice
Went through 11 interviews and 3 trips to CA (for a VP position) yanked myself, gave them one of my employees, she got hired as a director and been there 4 years
Why did you yank yourself a1?
Think I'm interviewing for this job as well next week. Good luck!
Is the role for the project and process manager ?
@ey3 yep. @a2 thanks!
