Interviewed for a new role this week. I applied the day the application dropped, and had a phone screen within days of applying. The whole process moved quick and they seemed really interested.

I reached out to the recruiter expressing my thanks for the final interview, and was told they're still in the interview phase but it may be a few weeks before I hear more. But they did ask if I was interviewing anywhere else.

How should I interpret this?
