You may hear back within 24 hours, it may take two weeks because we're trying to figure out which team should make the offer or which contract you would be aligned to. Don't read too much into timing, it has more to do with some manager being behind on email than with how much they like you.
Don't be afraid to reach out to recruiters. We pay them to deal with those sorts of calls. Especially at lower levels, no one is going to interpret a couple of gentle requests for updates as desperation and use it as negotiation leverage.
If everyone does their job right, that person who interviewed you ought to be passing on feedback to the team that didn't, and the recruiter in charge ought to be facilitating that info exchange. Things don't always go to plan, especially with some of these larger, off site events. I would reach out to your recruiter and make sure they know your willing to come in and speak to someone else or at least do some phone calls with other teams that couldn't make it to the event.
I see. I had similar issue. In my case, both of the manager did not appear due to weather conditions, but they had a standby managers interview, which again, I didn’t receive any call, I guess because I had the wrong people interview me. Two months later, I ended up with another 3 sets of interview, which one of the them giving me an offer. The moral of the message is that do not give up even if you don’t hear from me. But again, your story may be different from mine. One thing I would point out to you is this, if the interviewer ask you more questions, usually there are into you, but then if interview was one of those fast ones, it usually a bad sign. But I would suggest that you don’t read too much into it. You would probably get a call this week!
