Hi Applied to PwC Strategy& for a consultant role and havent heard back from a recuiter however, I received an email for a survey asking what am I looking for in the company in terms of their culture, values etc and what other companies I have applied to. Is this a typical process? Not sure if thats the step 1 in the process or I have been rejected. Any feed back is appreciated. I am graduating from Ohio State with an MBA and have 8 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance.

Why are you setting yourself up to fail?
From my experience in interviewing with Amazon, they will drill you down to specific numbers. I can see they have written PLM implementation experience, historic data migration etc. So, I believe they would require you to know hands on implementation experience of PDM/PLM systems. They might not ask you exact steps but how you did that in the past and challengers faced etc.
Don't worry about it. They are looking for management skills and not actual tool skills.
Which PLM system they are using? What’s your role? Are you going to be a configurator or developer? Or a process designer based on that system?
If it is hardcore implementation, they would screen you out if you don’t have experience in implementing systems. Depends on the role you are applying. If you want, message me the role and I can help you with context and questions.

You may want to bail out, the other candidates you are going up against are probably really good at it
