How did you get this much hike?...What is your secret of success?
Retention bonus and hikes 🤷🏽♂️ but this is nothing compared to what some people get for this much experience in IT!
Even in MBA the colleges u mentioned hve similar average salaries plus u would have spent 15-20 lakhs as two years fees plus the two years opportunity cost so i guess 12 ctc in 2.9 years from 3 lpa is really good.... A little unreal to believe in the same company
Definitely not in the same company!!! The last hike was a switch in a American healthcare company!
No, you are way behind from others.. It should be atleast 20L..you must be doing something wrong in your job thats why you are receiving such low package... Try to find out and work on it.. 😏
Would love to pacify myself appreciating the sarcasm. My friend joined Adobe as a college recruit....is earning 40LPA and has stocks amounting to almost 1Cr. 🤷🏽♂️ So we coming from MNCs are indeed behind 😅😅
It is very very good package actually, even though most of the people not crossed 10LPA even they completed 10 years😭.
Me too. 10 years and 12.7 Lpa only. That too with Engg+MBA
After 2.9 years 7-9 lpa is average CTC I think so.
It's way good an offer.. I remember getting an offer of 6 lpa after 2.9 yrs in year 2014 after job switch.. I started off an an software Engineer in web development using .net + SQL in 2011 with 3 LPA.
Wow which company is providing you the package of 12lpa?
Any of the FAANG companies and my of the unicorns....as they care about concepts....not programming language/platform! But if U want .NET in specific - Microsoft, Philips, Seimens etc r into it right now! Keep scanning LinkedIn for more info!!
Bhai it's good
Tell me that scheme if any scheme is there to earn such package
Learn and switch I guess 🤔😅
It's a awesome package
