I had an online assessment round at Intuit and then a technical round. Both went good. But its been 15 days I am yet to hear back from them. Does intuit send closure/rejection email or is it just implicit? also what is the cooling period for intuit ? and what should be the expected ctc if things go right? So negotiated for a higher TC at amazon. The original offer was for TC 190k and I asked for TC 230k-240k based on the salaries reported on levels.fyi. Recruiter got back to me to say that it’s the best they can do, anything else that I can do to push? Or should i just walk away? Thank you!
Wow
Weird flex but ok
It’s lower than some banking firms which is why I’m asking
How many hours a week would you be doing?
MM PE is more like 100/100, so this is a bit low IMO, unless firm is lower MM. Have heard of some MM hitting 125/125. other posters saying high are uninformed.
Associate 1 I’m talking about an analyst role (straight out of college). I believe you are thinking of PE associate comp which is 200-300k
this sounds pretty damn good to me for any job just out of undergrad. really the top end of what you could be making. i wouldn’t sweat the fact that some people might be making an extra 10-20k. consider other factors (wlb, quality of firm, opportunity for advancement), and also consider the fact that in a couple years, if you want to leave, you definitely can, and you’ll cake.
For an analyst probably high. If it’s an associate position you’re looking at 125 base and 125 bonus most likely. Wall street oasis will give you a good range by year.
Low
SC - sure
That’s typical for first year analyst after undergrad
