I think around 45 is when you start to take it easy
Crap, I missed that memo.
I’m 41, with two kids. We still party like college students, but can afford ubers and better alcohol. Well, until Coronavirus hit.
I am in late 40s and no kids, so before this pandemic crap I would fly to Rio or Madrid or London or LA and would party there. And yes, you go to better clubs and drink better stuff cause you can afford it, but back home it’s mostly home life and working out
🤷🏻♀️
I think it depends more if where you are in life. I’m 28, own a home and an married with a young baby. I don’t party and in my circumstances I think it would be pretty ridiculous and irresponsible to do so (regularly).
If I didn’t have these responsibilities I don’t think there would be any issues with going out whenever and “partying.” There is no age cut-off to having a good time.
As long as it’s not like a substance abuse issue and you’re able to function in society I don’t see the problem with it.

The people in this thread who say they never liked clubbing and stopped after college have probably never tried going to a club after they moved from their college town.
I am 43 and still go out. Or, eh, well. I have a 15mo baby at home. So I WOULD gonout if I got enougg sleep and no grief at home :D

Head to burning man and you’ll see there’s no age that’s too old 😉

Define partying: Is this just having a few drinks with friends and dancing? Does it include flirting and dancing with the other sex even if you’re married? Serious question as I do the above but wonder if I’m the exception or the norm! 🤔
36 and still go to EDM festivals and certain DJs will get me to trek out (all pre COVID). Life is about having fun, so if you enjoy it then go for it!

Coming back to check on this post😱 looks like the consensus is we’re partying like 99 when the pandemic lifts
30 year olds punching the air rn
Are you joking??
(1) You are NEVER too old to party. If you want to do it, do it. (
(2) 26! So young! This is when parties start to be interesting :) you have taste, friends and money. Go party!
32 and still go out a lot. When I have kids is where I will draw the line. One, because I’d feel like a pos partying while my kid was home and two, because been hungover is bad enough when I am my only concern, having to deal with another human hungover would be so awful I would probably start drinking again each day.
If you’re 26 and feel like you’re too old to party then you’re just a boring person. Don’t pretend like you’re being mature or responsible.
lol "boring"... some people just outgrow the partying phase and find better ways spend their free time.
45. Can afford Ubers and good wine and food. We enjoy ourselves. This was pretty Covid. Now we eat outdoors under umbrellas and tents. Still enjoying good wine and food.
18 is the limit. You should not party after that

I stopped at 27. You’re at the point.
Don’t worry what other people think is “too old” and you go do whatever is fun for you!

You're too old when you feel too old. I always fell asleep at parties when I was younger. Even now I don't stay out too late.
