What is the market salary range for a Banking and Finance sector(Temenos UXP) developer with 5 years experience and if willing to switch how much can he/she can ask for?

I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.
