Is 80k + 12k bonus good for a mid level in Texas? Company is doing very well so bonus is essentially guaranteed. At what pay level does the role become senior?

How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't? It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out.
