Age does not matter here. What's your level, and practice area
I was offered 95k as an SC in 2010. I was 30 FWIW. Seems low to me, but the market is different now.
Agree with BCG 1 brother
Agreed with above
If you’re an SC at Deloitte GPS, sounds about right
If you're ambitious and good at your job you can be making more if you leave, if that's what you're asking.
As BCG1 stated, level and practice area should be your benchmarks. Having said that, it is worth noting that given DC COL, 95K before taxes is very low. You will be pinching pennies in DC with that salary.
Seems about right. If you’re not happy, aim for a solid year end or go for promo dude
I am confused ... do Deloitte SCs get paid less now? When I was at Deloitte, the commercial S&O SCs made $150K base.
Also the government is never going to pay commercial rates
SC with 95 sounds reasonable
Depends on your goals but the wage sounds about right
I second Deloitte 1. If you do leave to get a salary bump make sure you negotiate well and don’t sell yourself short.
That’s about where I’m at - 34, but only been doing this couple years
