Thinking about getting my husband a weekend bag for Christmas- he usually uses a small suitcase or backpack when we go on weekend trips. Suggestions under $500?

Sorry not a rec, but just some input on preference. Make sure he actually wants it! I know I much prefer something I can roll for short trips, and wouldn’t like a bag I had to throw over my shoulder

Thank you!! Last thing I want to do is get him something he won’t use often!

Lo and sons! I'm in love with my bags from there and they have very convenient designs for travel.

First 2 years for CSR is about to be over, and I’m looking at the value of the card against the annual fee. Combined with my other cards (Chase Freedom Unlimited & Flex) and deducting the $300 travel fee, the net benefit is $76. Is that enough to justify keeping the card? The lounge access at airports were a nice benefit, never got to use it since my client travel was through Amtrak.

I might get roasted for asking such a basic question but - how much do you budget for eating out ($ amount or % of budget)?

Pre pandemic I was traveling 5 days a week and just used left over per diem on the one night I went out with friends at home. During covid I stayed home. Now that I’m fully vaccinated and are many of my friends they want to go out to eat/drink. During covid I moved from a LCOL to here so I’m experiencing delayed sticker shock at the prices. Any tips?

Does anyone have a preferred car service company? I am looking for a service that can consistently provide traveler alerts such as when car has arrived, passenger is on board, trip competed, etc. across US cities. I have found a company that will do this when I book travel in NYC, but when my Professionals arrive in their destination cities the affiliates do not offer this same feature. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with discrimination as an Asian in the workplace? In my company it seems like it’s a white boys club where and they just promote white ppl because they’re white. I am not generalizing that this is how it is everywhere but it definitely is that way in my workplace. Any advice?

What you should do when dealing with a very toxic worker that keep on sending passive aggressive messages to you as well as in group chat and email.
Things like when you answer his question he respond: I know that
Or when he keeps on saying my change requests were just minor in group meeting but actually not.
And keep on saying how hard he works when he clearly wasn’t and already underperformed compared to an intern level.

How to not let this toxic co-worker not poison me any further?
