Is Accenture federal (AFS) going to stay remote for the foreseeable future for non-DOD clients? Are there any plans to return to the client site or AFS offices?

I'm a marketer and I'm having a hard time getting my clients to listen to me.

I have been in marketing for 10 years now. I've worked with hundreds of clients and have been able to increase their sales by over $1 million each year.

But every time I go into a meeting with a new client, they ignore everything I say. They just want to talk about their product. They don't seem interested in learning how to market it better.

I have been a PM at my company for 2 years now, with a years prior experience as associate PM. I got promoted before my certification, but was told if I did not get a PMP or ACP I would get my promotion taken away.
Received the ACP and have not seen a raise. Now we have a girl that is getting a 15k raise and going straight from Project coordinator to PM (with one year experience) and no certification. She will now be 5k less than me. If she gets CaPM she gets a 5k raise. Wong to feel slighted?

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?

Do Leidos, SAIC, and other mostly-fed consulting businesses pay bonuses to all levels? If so, what does a typical bonus target look like? Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.

I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? They reduced the therapy questions on the secret clearance form so that you don't have to disclose therapy except in specific circumstances. Is it still on the TS form?
