Is AI taking over every department and every aspect of work? How are employers tracking down if AI is used to be excused from work? e.g. doctors note?

Hi, I have more then 2 years experience in Excel all the advance formulas and stuff as Jr. Analyst & Data entry Operator, Currently working as Customer Service associate in Amazon (2.8 LPA). Recently I have learnt basic SQL, R & Tableau through Google Data Analytics Certificate. Can I switch whith these skil sets or I have to complete some projects or Lear python for that?

My family mistreated me when I was younger, and now that I don’t live at home, they don’t call or bother to look for me, because frankly, I think they have a hard time admitting what happened - and will never apologize to me either. I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?
