I presently work in a serene and welcoming workplace where the atmosphere is extremely soothing, but I believe that given my current circumstances, my cost of living is too high and my pay seems to be very low given that I have quite a few additional responsibilities on my shoulders. Pretty new here! Great news ..JOB offer …however the company is lowballing salary ..I informed recruiter Amount was not acceptable …sent off the salary requirement letter …. Nail biting ..Why waste my time again …she didn’t know the budget… so we proceeded forward, her reply ..advised me to talk w hiring team but in final interview there was no opportunity to speak abt salary w hiring team ….Have to say I enjoy the posts & it’s a decent networking site!!

I’ve built a reputation I’m proud of @ my company. I’m underpaid for what I do (started as an intern) & recently asked for a market adjustment. Management acknowledged that I’m undervalued & plans to set me up for a promotion. It’d come with more responsibility, which doesn’t align with my goals.
