Invest time in your idea/start up now and be your own boss so that you can watch Netflix when you want for however long you want. Else keep reporting to someone/something that governs when and how much Netflix you can watch lol

Have done it - it's tough sometimes it depends if you get on a good project so you can manage your time. Starting a business is not easy and you don't truly realize it until you have tried. My advice is to have a strong team where everyone is accountable for their work stream.

Netflix and chill?

Start ur own business!! ;)

Use the 1 hr a day rule. Everyone can find an extra hour in the day and still make time for Netflix!

Client recently hired a POC as CMO. Is it weird to be excited? I feel like a lot of good ideas died due to bias from the previous CMO. But also don’t wanna assume the new guy is “woke" he’s def smart.

If given the choice I would like to be in the current level for 2-3 more years even if it meant little to no raise because I’m really happy with my level and the work I do. I also honestly get terrified with the thought of being promoted because to me it means more stress. I’m curious if there were others out there like me and if they did anything to overcome these feelings. Or Is this normal ? Continued..

I was selected for a leadership program at my firm that’s known to be pretty exclusive. I was really proud and excited...until I saw that a number of female peers made it too, many of whom I don’t really consider top performers.

I’m trying not to let it take away from my own accomplishments, but I feel deflated knowing the bar was lowered for women. I’m questioning if I made it on merit and harboring resentment towards the women who may not have truly earned it.

Any advice for how to cope?
