I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks

I’m 23 and independent. Working full time and studying full time is taking a serious toll on my mental health. I’m always tired, unmotivated, depressed, sometimes angry at my life, and I don’t know what to do. I’m in my sophomore year. I also don’t work in the field that I’m studying (computer science) because I’m always rejected without an interview, which is another aggravating factor for me. It’s hard to have time to work on personal projects to make my portfolio more attractive.

How is SAP SDC for SAP Consultants?
I have offers from CG, IBM & SAP India. So, please suggest which will be better to join.
PS- IBM is paying100% more than my current organisation.
SAP has not released my offer yet but I had an interview with VP and he said he is impressed with me and will release the offer letter soon but they have not negotiated for my salary. But he was saying if he will give me less than IBM then will I join the SAP or not? I assumed this is a trick ques., btw, I said yes

If you see an open job posting at a company you want to work for, what steps do you take to apply? I’ve been told that cold applying and making no contacts is usually not going to lead to anything, and that’s been true in my experience. But should I reach out to someone first? Should i apply and then email someone? In HR? Or someone who’d be directly supervising me? Or someone at my level? And what should i say? Thanks!

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? Beginning to consider going in house (4th, corp) - I really haven’t thought about what I want, partly because I’m not sure what’s out there/attainable. Is it a bad idea to start by applying to a couple positions that interest me and seeing where that gets me? I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
