Hi Fishes!
I have joined Accenture on April 22 & got selected in a project since then.
I suddenly heard that my project is rolling off few new joiners because of budget & I am one of them.
My first variable pay should be on Nov/Dec 2022. What will happen to that?
Thank you for your guidance in advance 🙏🏻Accenture

At the end of the day, there are two distinct groups.
One thinks it’s horrible and the other thinks it’s terrible - hope that’s helpful!
Welcome to Accenture
Agree with D1, it was honestly great until the layoffs. Really smart leaders who cared about your growth. Lot of autonomy to do things that allowed you to grow quickly. Did impactful work. Post layoffs, lot of those leaders left and were replaced by people who don’t fit the culture and are toxic af, we have become more risk averse, so the autonomy and impactful work has gone out the window. Everyone on my team and several others in the department are trying to leave.
I loved it when I started - but cultures been very different since the layoffs last November
Can you elaborate more?
It didn’t used to be this bad. I’ve been here long enough to remember when it didn’t suck so much. Lots of really bad decisions from the top recently and leadership that doesn’t seem to care about their teams. Dishonesty about FOW and RTO has been a huge let down. Not to mention the failure to keep pay in line with the industry, less opportunities for advancement. Whole thing feels like it’s been going down the tubes recently. Still could be worse though . I’ve for sure had worse jobs. I do wish this one was at least half as good as it used to be, though.
Why is it the policy not to provide feedback after 7 interviews?
I love it at DoorDash.
Hey I saw you’re in New Verticals and I’m interviewing for a position on the team now! Mind if I DM you?

I’ve been here two years and still love it. My only complaint is I wish it was less working hours
6:30/7ish. Not horrible. Many of my peers do log off at 5 so this may be role/team dependent
Is it bad or worse than before? Like is working for them now akin to working for another average firm in strategy? Trying to determine how much time to spend on their recruiting process vs. other firms. I know recruiting process is a big negative but I’m wondering about working there
My hours are fine, only online from 9-5 but really only work 4-5 hrs a day or less. On the Marketing side. S&O on the other hand seems to work like 50-80 given I’m getting pings from them at all hours/on weekends.
