Is everyone happy with their current salary/do you think it's fair? I know I should be happy with a $112,000 annual salary but I feel like since I'm putting in nearly 60 hours a week, this isn't enough money for the work I do.

The number of hours worked doesn't matter to any company in terms of compensation, it's all about what value you bring to the company that is worth more to the company than what you ate getting compensated.

How much total revenue and what percentage of growth are you responsible for YOY? The growth number is far more important than total revenue, as that's the number that is tied more closely to your personal contribution. Just managing renewals isn't near as valuable, and that type of account manager is easily replaced.

if there's revenue there that's commiserate with what I would expect, $112k does seem low even if you were making that much more in commission. I am basing this on assumptions being made about your title alone, the scope of your role would help make a better determination. Hours worked has nothing to do with the conversation untilnyounare comparing similar roles and have a choice to make.

To further this point, I make significantly more than you do and never work 40 hours in a week. I'm not paid bu the hour, I am paid for the results.

I had several hourly roles early in my career, and I fully understand that houy roles are predominantly operational roles, where value is less tied to specific financial outcomes.

As I clearly stated in my initial response, my comments are based on some assumptions made due to OP's title, which lead me to believe that this is a salaried sales role, likely with some amount of bonus and/or commission.

It's clear that you've not yet had a salaried sales role, where financial outcomes far outweigh clocking time sitting at a desk.

I’m happy. I barely work 40 hrs and make the same amount. If you do the math your making the equivalent of a 40 hr work week at $75k annually

OP - how make YOE?

Yes, quite happy and satisfied.

I’m happy with my salary and work life balance

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.
