Is hiring all time low or is it just companies who do not want to invest in fresher or early career professionals, especially who have worked in start ups?
I see job posts tagged as "entry level" but ask for skills which only 5+ yoe professions have. I want to switch, but get demoted after seeing such job posts.
What are your thoughts?

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)

I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there.
