Is IBM good to join for workday functional consultants?

Aside from short term emergency declarations where visas are handed out, has anyone found any countries that provide a visa due to a skill shortage, or carriers that offer sponsorship for senior insurance professionals? Curious mostly about Europe and Oceania.

I am trying to explore and obtain a career opportunity in UK or Europe. Could you all help me with how to go about it or any suggestion how to get an interview and move to UK for work.

I’m graduating undergrad in May and want to do real estate investing long term. Is it worth it to get my brokerage license in the state that I’m moving out of (I would want to do out of state investing) or should I just take a general real estate investing class. This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. Is there any issue, if the designation at the time of offer is different than that of relieving? Asking because, I am leaving IBM GBS, have told my designation as Senior software engineer ( offer letter had it) to the other company, but got to know that designation IBM will be writing on relieving letter will be application developer.

Now i have been interviewed and selected for Ameriprise where I would learn on the job and work on workday finance.
No WD certification.
Will it be a good choice in the long run?
