Is it a red flag that a job you’ve applied to , had a via zoom interview rejected you because you weren’t qualified for the position, calls you back ? Yesterday I’ve received a miss called and it’s school program job I’ve applied too and they left a message, I didn’t call back but I was discouraged from their rejection that I’ve moved forward to apply somewhere else but it’s so odd to me all jobs do this as we have the time in the world ….

I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Do you think bigger retail stores (the ones that have several locations) are easier or harder to work at than little hole-in-the-wall grocery stores (which is all I've ever done)? We rely on tips because it's basically assumed that everyone will tip, but in reality there are people who tip very little or just don't at all.
