Which technology and position? The experience could be different for each individual. Mai 2 saal se ek hi project me kaam kar raha hun. Mujhe change karna hai project. Kisi ko jindagi bhar ek hi project me rehkar retire hona hota hai.
If you have strong core and the technology you are in is also in demand, you can safely join Globant. However, I would suggest to join at more better salary as your YoE is quite good.
Don't join Globant. There are high chances of lay off as they do not have projects in pipeline.

Even I was having good Image about this company when I joined. Earlier it was good like before covid, after covid what I can say that this is the worst company . Here favouritism is too much. Local people get more preference.jo banda 5 saal complete kar leta h wo apne aap ko director samajh leta h. Studio ka concept is worst. Already project ka itna kaam hota h and on top of that you have to do studio work as well because in appraisal they consider the studio work. Expectations are very high. Projects are of very small term like 4-6 months. You will be working like a contractor. Bas idhar se udhar deploy karte rahenge. 2 saal se toh increment ni mila h.
Just to give you another example, one person just got laid off today, even being on project and billable. So think thousand times before joining globant.

I knew some of my frnds who got an offer of 24 with ~7 YOE. So, it seems like you are getting less..
Also, looking at the current situation about layoffs and no hike this year. I’ll suggest you to get a good salary before joining the company and ready to leave within 1~2 years. IMO, you can use it as a stepping stone for your career.
