Is it just me? The companies want you to have a Bachelor’s Degree for a simple office assistant position and then not even pay you half of what the degree cost?
My Applied Science Associate Degree was a 4 year program and cost right at 37k at a Business college that taught way more than needed. I would have only needed 16 core hours for a Bachelor and yet this ISN’T good enough?

I have so much experience that I bring with me. Is it even worth it to stay in the Health Care field any longer?

Does your undergrad school matter to MBA admissions? Does it make a difference if you have a great GPA from a state school or an average GPA from a highly selective school?

I just accepted an offer in writing. The new job will start the background check next which I’ve been told it may take a while to complete. My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice. Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
