Heyy does anyone have any tips for an entry level media planner? I graduated last year and landed a FT offer at an agency. I’ve been working from home for almost a month now and honestly it has its pros and cons. Not only is it harder getting to know your team, but there haven’t been much guidance from my manager and the lingo takes some time to get use to. I guess I just want to learn as much as possible and give off good impressions. Since everything is wfh I’ve been feeling anxious. Thanks!

Received an offer from IQVIA and base location is bangalore.The offer came with relocation expenses which the company will provide.I do not wish to relocate at the moment and would want to wfh for now.

My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group. What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal? Try to get a NEP/counsel position at another firm, which is likely difficult in my market, or offer to take a class cut by a few years?
