Is it normal for companies to ghost final-round candidates after 4-5 rounds of interviews and case studies? That’s happened with at least 7 companies in the past two months and it’s been quite discouraging. I’ve been following up with hiring managers and recruiters every 2-3 weeks, but haven’t heard a thing.

Applied for a position in PWC UK and status shows as 'interviewin' on workday. Does this mean I'm selected for an Interview, or that the position itself is now in the interviewing process.

How many skills do you list on your resume? Trying to cut the 20+ ones I have now down to 3, but not sure if this is enough.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
