Keep interviewing. I did that once. Got into a much better firm. However, the better firm did not work out for me.
Sometimes it’s the toxic firms/partners that are also desperate.
I would never have accepted a mediocre offer unless I was desperate. I would keep interviewing with the understanding that I’ll need to burn the bridge if I get a better offer.
It doesn’t hurt to keep your options open and see what else is out there. I accepted a job and was supposed to start on a Monday, when I did one last interview the Friday before and landed my dream job with a much higher salary. It was uncomfortable to have to renig on the first offer, but I’m so happy I did. You don’t need to settle. Do what is best for you.
