My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?

JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Same boat but even though I already knew deep down, this bowl reiterated that sometimes it’s not you. It’s a variety of things like just a “fit” which doesn’t necessarily mean you’re incompetent in some way maybe they think another person can put up with the boss’ bs etc. Also some advice I got here was to be confident and yourself. If they don’t think your traits will fit, it’s not somewhere you want to be anyway. Whats for you is for you. Keep going, you’re place is out there!

Ugh, I’ve watched some videos relating to the STAR method and it sounds so corporatey and rehearsed. I don’t want to work with a walking TED talk.
Assuming that you are applying to positions which fit you on paper skills-wise, it’s worth looking at your interviews. There are coaches out there, and a friend who interviews people a lot can help you as well. My own pep talk to myself is to remember that the interview should be a conversation where both sides are trying to learn about how the other can meet their needs. Do research on the company/firm so that you can ask intelligent questions, and try to establish some rapport with the interviewer. Also be well-groomed, pay attention to your body language and, if interviewing in person, make sure that you are not overly fragranced (either good or bad). Good luck!
I think Zoom interviews are hard. You still have to try to connect with people, but it can be harder to maintain eye contact and positive body language.
