Is it ok to ask for 400 euros raise or is it too much?

I want to ask for a raise and need your advice.

I'm working for a design agency for a year. Started as a junior designer (2 years of experience) and grew a lot. I now get a lot more responsibility and my designs get approved very fast internally and with the clients.

My current pay is 1600 euros a month, research says that 2000 euros a month is the average salary for my region. What do you think?

22.5 LPA

2) A small (150+ employees) service based startup company with excellent culture.
17 LPA.

Both the companies are profitable.

I just got a job offer for an Entry Level Software Engineer at Boeing in Saint Louis. The salary is $82,000 with an $8,000 sign on bonus. I was hoping for an offer closer to 90k base and I don’t care too much for a sign on bonus. However, this is a lot more than what I’m making now, and would be my first SWE job. Should I counter?
