Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

It's okay to feel discouraged at any point. This whole process is the epitome of discouraging. No real tips since I haven't crossed that finish line yet. I guess just keep going I guess. That's about all any of us can do.
It's OK to feel discouraged after even one rejection. But it's important to remember that you're not alone. Lots of great people are struggling these days.
You might also look into other types of work, at least temporarily. I don't think a career detour is necessarily the future hurdle that it used to be. Most hiring managers are probably aware that people are dealing with hundreds of rejections these days, even solid candidates, and everyone needs to eat.
It's OK to feel discouraged. Give yourself a deadline when you will no longer entertain feeling that way. Then stop.
Go hit up chatGPT and let it jazz up the language on your resume. Don't lie about skills, just let it upgrade the whole look and feel for you.
Go get a haircut and maybe a new outfit to interview in. Start working out. Walk everyday. Eat right. Sleep right. Don't doom scroll. Visit friends.
People can tell when you're anxious and they may read it as dishonesty, which we know it isn't. Grab a friend and have them interview you. Have them ask you tough questions, especially things that you don't want to answer. Do this often until you feel completely at ease.
You've got this! Rejections are not a rejection of you personally. You're headed for the right job. Know that inside yourself. Believe it.

Yes, this
I don't normally post anything, and I don't have any real suggestions. After 7 months of looking pretty much every day (apart from December when my kids arrived for Xmas holidays), with 50% of applications having no response, only 2 interviews, I get spells of being discouraged and very disheartened. I am a very experience IC product development engineer / manager, and have a few years in Operations, the response rate is very poor. And it's not just me, I know it's a tough time for all of us. After a mental break from applying now and then all I can do is keep trying. Not much in the way of advice, just saying I get, and I completely empathize with you.

Take a break but don’t loose sight of the goal. After the break find more ways to stand out’
