Lateral and less hours then yes I would take. I would not want more responsibilities for less money

like

No, why would I want to do more work for less pay? That is bonkers.

Depends on how else you can be compensated. More PTO, better 401k contribution, more flexibility. If you are planning on moving to a different company after a year or two of experience the title might be worth it.

Hi
I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.
