I believe over 2,000 people have been cut here, including teams that kept things running after earlier layoffs. Some may not feel sympathy, but they’re still human, just like the 13,000 already let go. Hopefully it doesn’t get worse, because recovering from this would be nearly impossible.

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.
