Is it worth taking a L5 UK PM role at Amazon pays £65k base, 20K joining bonus (£10k Y1, £10 k Y2) and 20 RSUs?

I’m a M2 manager at Accenture currently on £80K, got 10% bonus last year… looking good this year for another Raise and SM promo next year.

Role at Amazon is within Ops and change, so not the most interesting but apparently lots of scope for horizontal movements etc.

I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script.
