How much time Mindtree take to release offer letter? I am waiting from last 2 weeks or more. On their candidate portal it is showing Shortlisted, however no offer letter . I have called the HR 2-3 times in past 5 days, however HR doesnt pick up my calls.
Below is the email i received from Mindtree, a week ago.
We would like to inform you that you have been selected in final interview with Mindtree. We are currently in process of taking your candidature for further processing.

Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)

The recruiter said he will now have

He interviewed for a M role in

Don’t go to Deloitte….have a few friends there and the culture is toxic and all are underpayed
Too much generalization based upon opinion of few friends. A lot depends on the team you are on and the leadership you work with on regular basis. I worked for D for few years and had a great experience but that does not mean everyone else will be on the same boat.
GPS is growing solidly. You should be safe with regard to layoffs.
I highly recommend only accepting the job if its guaranteed to lead to a role. Would hate to have to go through the process and then get laid off because you couldn’t find a role.
Also, negotiate that since the Deloitte bench process is probably the worst of all major consulting firms.
Contingent on the project? 🙈 hmmm.
Yeah there’s layoffs and the merit increases/bonuses were sad. But that’s everywhere right now.
Culture depends almost entirely on what team you’re on. Mine is great, but I do hear about other teams & projects that are epic miserable.
Hi OP, congratulations! do they require you to have security clearance? I applied there as well but no response so far. I’m in the US on a visa.
In my view take it, but keep looking and be ready to jump ship if you’re on bench for more than 3 months. I’m in oracle fusion hcm, declined deloitte commercial offer to join competition but the picture isn’t rosy anywhere right now. Deloitte is better bet in my opinion even with all the not so nice things about Deloitte.
Thank you. I think my offer says something like “any security clearance that may be required”? It didn’t say the project they’re hiring for definitely requires clearance.
It’s always a great time to come to Deloitte. Looks fantastic on your resume and GPS are kicking butt.
Ignore the jealous and angry. Some folks think the economics of the last few years would go one forever.
Yea don’t come - no bueno
If the contract is awarded, then you’ll be in a good spot in re: utilization (contingent on the length of the project). OFC seems a little niche-y, depending on the client (GPS clients seem to be still largely on EBS, Hyperion, OCS…)
Getting hired and hitting the bench is no bueno.
Your bad time starts when you think to join Uncle D.Your bad time is confirmed when you accept Uncle D offer.
Deloitte is definitely the best for Oracle, agree it’s dependent on your team but overall it’s a great place if you can embed yourself into the D culture and are willing to put in the hard work. Good luck OP.
Is this PDM or traditional track? If it’s conditional that sounds like PDM to me which isn’t the best track. If project is dropped, you’re out
It Specialist track not PDM.
OP it sounds like they’re hiring for a specific contract we have bid on but hasn’t been awarded. So your offer is contingent on us winning the work. If you are interested accept but don’t give notice yet, I’d also say keep looking just in case. Most GPS contracts are for 5years so if Deloitte gets the work you are gonna be set for the next few years unless you choose to switch projects at some point.
It’s a possibility or if there’s a need somewhere else they could still bring you on.
Don’t come unless you want to look for another job in 18 months.
Also make sure your role as a specialist covers you full time on the project. Many around that rate need to find multiple projects as specialists to sustain their work. Deloitte is trying to cut costs overall by pushing down work and it is hard for those not on traditional track.
