I read I won’t be penalized if I take out upto 10k from my IRAs for a first time house (except for taxes on the non-Roth accounts). I found out I’m not eligible for HSA ($0 deductible) and my company doesn’t offer one. Is there an alternative or should I just pour that money into IRA/401k instead?
