Is one week’s notice to schedule a McKinsey final round interview normal?

How do referrals work?
If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied? I’m sure they get tons of messages so I want to write something that won’t be overlooked. Any advice is appreciated:)

Hi, I got an offer letter from oracle as software engineer. Offered package was 17.91LPA including pf (17 fixed )

My YOE: 3.6.

CCTC: 10.5

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.

Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game. Have an offer from McKinsey. However, based on the start date I was given, I will have to forgo a substantial bonus at my current firm. Any chance that McKinsey will boost my signing bonus to account for this loss? Will they just ask me to push my start date? Or will they say take it or leave it? Offer is for BA level if that matters.
