I work for a huge company for 11 years and haven’t been happy for a while. I feel emotionally attached to it because of great benefits, my growth (had multiple roles) and overall culture. While EY is a great firm and the partners are amazing and all experiences of Big4 and it's resources, MNP has this charm of a Canadian firm and great culture. I don't know much but people say MNP is a great organization. The people I will work with are all amazing to speak during interview. What to do now?

In august I’m coming up to 1 year anniversary at work. I wfh and reside in Houston. I’m feeling underpaid for the 7 years of experience I have in immigration. It is a small firm with 1 attorney, and 3 paralegals. No benefits and making 45k. Attorney completely relies on me for everything court related as her go to. Ill also be on maternity leave in September-October. Attorney is paying for my mat leave but i don’t know how much to ask for in a raise since I’ll be leaving a month after.
