Is the job market really this bad?

I've been applying for jobs for the last 2 months—thousands of applications across LinkedIn, Naukri, company career pages, and referrals.

The result? Only 2–3 calls.

It honestly feels like many job postings are just there for show. Most applications don't even get a rejection—just silence.

The biggest frustration is that almost every role wants experience. But how is someone supposed to gain experience if nobody is willing to give them a chance?

Etiquette Question: firm is flying me out for 3 days for final interview/meet team/explore city. If offer is accepted, I must relocate to said city (which is fine). Tips for etiquette when being “flown out” by a firm? Itinerary includes tour of city and exploring local dining scene with associates, etc. Many thanks in advance!

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company
