Is there a certain value that you put towards more vacation days vs pay? I have a firm that’s either offering 135k with 10 days of leave or 120 with 15 days. I’m leaning towards the 135 because I wouldn’t want to travel and save but wanted to get some more opinions on it before moving forward with the offer. Thanks!!!

How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.
