Sr. Digital Media Specialist here. Been with my agency for exactly 2 years now. I recently received a major elevation in responsibility, but the company “cannot afford to promote me at this time.” Basically I’m expected to operate as a manager without the title or compensation.

Heyy does anyone have any tips for an entry level media planner? I graduated last year and landed a FT offer at an agency. I’ve been working from home for almost a month now and honestly it has its pros and cons.
