Is there any job in the advertising/marketing world with a manageable workload? I really don't mind the actual work itself too much, but across all my jobs there just always seems to be such an insane volume of it. I try applying to jobs in other industries but it seems ( perhaps understandably) people aren't willing to hire someone for an entry level job when they have 7 years of experience in another field.

Looking at full-time and application asks for expected salary and then expected total compensation as a number. How should I figure out the second? Health insurance, bonuses, life insurance, equity, PTO? I studied art, not math.

Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first.
