Hiii genz here lol, when is it too early to talk about a raise? I’m planning on bringing up the idea to my boss when I hit a year working with them is that a reasonable time? Also im thinking of asking for 15% increase bc I know he’s gonna negotiate to like 8% (which is fine bc I tbh want 5%) :) anyways any help/insight is amazing !! Asking creatives to work on a project with lots of award potential but minimal budget/billable time allocations. So the majority of the work would be done on personal time.

Does anyone work at an agency that has a different structure for teams and departments than the typical layers of account teams, strategists, creatives, etc? Curious if there’s anything inventive.
