Bain & Company Got dinged after a final round AC interview with Bain & Company as an experienced hire with 1 YOE. Currently at $75k base salary and on average work 30-40 hours a week.
Considering $15-25k increase in salary, but double the number of work hours, is it worth reapplying to Bain next year or better to wait to apply until after business school?
Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview. Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.

I have applied for 30+ vet tech jobs but I do not have enough experience for most of them.......where the heck would you like me to get that experience if you're not willing to train me? Someone has to start somewhere. Im in college. I have experience in restraint, drawing vaccines, administering meds, trimming nails, filling and counting meds for the bottles, going to the clients and explaining dosages and how to administer, I assisted in surgeries but I will need brush up on all that, I cleaned equipment before and after, dental set up and prep, I observed dental surgeries which were interesting, they taught me to read exray, im still a rookie at that but I love learning new things. I know you can specialize in certain areas but I'd rather become a pro at all aspects of veterinary technician field except euthanasia. I am still weak in that area, it hurts to see the animal be put down and see the sorrow of the person. I want to make a difference as much as I can, which is why im in this field. I need someone willing to train me
Unfortunately veterinary assistant positions have been turning me down as well. I have been seeing more applications for certified vet assistants and I thought most vet assistant positions were entry level
Start at the front desk and keep going into the back and watching them and ask if they need help. That’s what I did. And now I’m a lead veterinary assistant. Haha be persistent. They’ll look at you being cross trained and be very impressed and you’ll be jack of all trades and outshine everyone.
Thank you 😊
Which area are you in? Be persistent because it sounds like you are definitely qualified. If I may ask, where did you get your certification?
