McKinsey & Company Had my super round/power round on Friday and the partner said I should hear back by Monday or Tuesday. I still haven’t heard anything and starting to get a little anxious… thoughts? McKinsey & Company

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.

Note: Completed all the rounds and documents are also submitted.

Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?
