I got a call from DXC for senior Java developer position in Bucharest (Romania). They have mentioned a pay scale of 17k to 18k RON per month after tax cutting
If i got selected I am planning to move with my family.
Will there be any savings and what would be cost of living for a 3 member family there.

Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

It has always been this way. Without having multiple offers it’s harder to pull off in current market conditions.
Where would you rather stay? Accenture or Walmart (even with little or no hike)? They know that too so you do not have much leverage.
Yes they lowball based on ur current salary
Go to Walmart don't stay...they have good variable and stock ...and eventually ur CTC will increase
what is the role they are offering?
It is IN3
Get the offer, its already 35% higher right than after few days say your current organisation wants to retain you let’s say offering the same or little bit higher depends on you, in this way you at-least get 50% but getting multiple offer will help you more instead of this trick
