Is Walmart low balling the offers recently?
Will they correct salary to their levels even though my current CTC is low for their in3 standards. I can see from glass door and here that In3 fixed salary is more than 20-25. But they are offering m3 very low and calculating 35% from my current CTC which is 11lpa as fixed and no joining bonus . Would they negotiate?

Which company pays better salary - EY GDS or EY India? Also, can someone give Pros and Cons of both?

I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?
