Hybrid work is probably going away plus the DEI stuff may be a little muted.

I don't think this batch will affect us, but it may be too early to tell. Based on the number he signed yesterday, I'm sure more will be coming, and I'm guessing one of them inevitably will impact us.

I’m waiting to see what changes in the space industry especially with his good buddy Musk being there

Not that I know of.

Time will tell. Honestly, it's a global economy these days so the new tariffs will likely effect us all.

Can anyone please tell how we get annual bonus in % on Below Salary components.
Is it on BASIC SALARY or ANNUAL SALARY or TOTAL FIXED PAY.

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

Hey all, as I see a lot of recruiters in this group I wanted to know if anyone is hiring for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER or E-COM ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT or VENDOR MANAGEMENT roles.

It would be really helpful if there is anyone is hiring for such roles or if you can refer to those roles in your organization. TIA :)

It’s crazy how much close friends influence you.
Would you stay friends with someone that consistently makes bad financial decisions. Or distance yourself for like-minded folk.

I have a friend that is constantly trying to guilt me and pressure me into overspending, especially on “luxury” items. But I have different goals for my money and she doesn’t seem to respect that.

I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.

How does a sole engineer at a company go about getting management to actually care how production machines run? I’m the only mechanical engineer at my company dealing with a half dozen cranky production managers who think that I can “work my magic” on a machine. It’s not magic, just ignorance about the machine actually works. How to I get a manager to stop caring about the end product long enough for me to actually teach them about their own machine?
