Is Zillow good for creating lease for single family home?

Got a job offer with a lower base salary but a guaranteed bonus structure that puts me ahead of my current pay at the end of each year. Has anyone moved to a position with a compensation structure like this? Was it hard to adjust when it came to your monthly finances?

How would you rank in order of prestige/ease of getting in: UCLA, Cornell, and NYU ??

I got an email last night from a 7th-grade parent because her son said I mentioned the words "male privilege" in class, and she is very concerned about how that is related to ELA (she said "reading"), and she is concerned about this being taught in public schools. To be clear, I didn't do a lesson on this subject but we did discuss rights versus privileges. I've had multiple parents contact the school/get upset with me because of things like his. Help needed: No idea where to look or how start housing search. Household income (myself + wife, no kids...perhaps in 3-5 years) is $250k pretax and we are moving to Indianapolis (so looking at Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers area). From a financial standpoint in this market, which would be a better approach in Austin -

1. Buy a ~8-850k house that meets most of our ideal criteria (size, schools, interiors etc) to stay long term

2. Buy a ~5-550k house that’s not ideal with the plan of moving into an ideal home in 4-5 years when kid is ready for school.

This isn’t relating to investing but we are looking buy a SFH in South Orange NJ. We are have a 2 yo and we are moving from Sacramento. It is a close to a train station to New York.
