Hi Fishes. I have requested the hr to revise my Offer letter since the ctc offered was well below what was discussed . Someone from the Talent Team did confirm they are discussing it . Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ? I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?
